During my career I've seen something repeat over and over again.
When you have to choose between talent and formation... bet on talent always, no matter what wrapping it comes into.
Because training often brings diplomas, certificates and an impeccable CV, but it does not always bring hunger.
A perfect CV can dazzle, but that doesn't always mean that behind is someone willing to learn, build or fight for something.
On the other hand, there is sometimes another type of profile, a more humble CV, perhaps without all the requirements, perhaps without the "right" universities, but behind that role there is something much more valuable: Potential.
People with real hunger... hungry to grow, to learn, to do, to contribute.
People who still don't know everything but are willing to learn it and that can't always be taught.
That day I learned something I never forgot: companies can form skills, but hunger is not made.
So, when you have to choose... bet on talent... the rest.
You can train!
