The day I learned that taking care of your team's life protects the results.

During my career I learned something that many companies still don't understand.

If you take care of your team's personal life, you're protecting the company's results.

I've always tried to put the person first, not the report, not the urgency of the moment, not the project of the week, to the person!

Because there are things in life that just don't repeat themselves.

A child's school festival.
An important medical date.
Staying home with a sick son.

Small moments... but huge.

I understood something very clear over the years.

When you really listen to your team, when you accompany those important moments, something changes, the commitment grows, people stop working just to fulfill; they start working to take care of the project as well.

Because it feels like the project also takes care of her.

That day I learned something I don't forget when I lead teams: companies are not charged, they are made of lives.

And when you take care of those lives, you're often taking care of them too.
the results.

Because in the end... we're not companies full of employees.

We're people working with people.
