Staying in a company doesn't mean staying. It means evolution.

Stay in a company

The word "permanence" it doesn't have the same meaning for the new generations.
For many, simply, It doesn't make any sense..

It's not about staying.
What they're looking for is constant evolution.

And that doesn't necessarily mean going up.
It means learning, growing, challenging and contributing At all times.
And if we're honest... That's what we're all looking for, isn't it?

If they feel they're stagnating, they're disconnected.
And there is no possible permanence there, for more stability, bonds or benefits you offer.

In my experience, if we really want to generate that constant evolution, We have to redesign the way we accompany the races.

We have to take the great goal and divide it into smaller pieces.
Fragment of the target in parts that allow progress One step, one project, one conversation at a time.

Our talks must be more frequent, more real, less structured.
I'm talking about sitting down every month, even 20 minutes, checking where we are and remembering where we're going.

But really do it.
No protocol. No staff. No formula.
As leaders who accompanyNot that they qualify.

Because if we do it right, that's it. generates connection.

And when there's a connection, there's energy.
And when there is energy, there is a desire to continue testing, proposing and growing. In a world as changing as this, We need all that energy in evolution... not to hold on, to hold on.
