Don't expect commitment if all you offer them is to repeat your path.
They won't be compromised if you ask them to pay the same price as you, walk the same, think the same, suffer the same.
That's like driving a car just looking through the mirrors.
New generations need actual impact in what they do.
Space for co-create, propose, build your own.
They need to feel they're adding value from its authenticity.
And many times we judge them for not having gray, for not losing their hair... as if the experience came only over the years.
That's fake.
They can contribute.
They can build.
But they need a real space to do it.
And when they have it, the engagement appears alone.
