The technology came to strip the leadership.

For years the speech was comfortable:"Let's implement the tool.""Let's digitize the process.""Let's train the team."

But today that's not enough.

The technology advanced faster than the maturity of many leaders, and that's what you can tell.

It is noted when activity is measured rather than impact, when speed is confused with direction, when it is automated without criterion and it is called progress to what is only noise.

The question is no longer what tool to use, the question is who decides what matters.

Because in this new world someone has to say: this is still human, this can be delegated, this no longer adds value, here it is worth thinking not here.

That someone is the leader, not the system, not the dashboard, not the technological fashion.

The real transformation does not require more "tech" leaders, demands leaders with more clarity, more courage and more intellectual responsibility.

For when leadership is weak, technology does not release; satura, it does not order; it confuses, it does not raise the team; it takes it off.

That day I understood something uncomfortable but liberating: technology did not come to replace the boss, it came to demand that, at last, I really do..

And that, even if it doesn't come in any software, is still deeply human.
