Listening is fine. Understanding is necessary. But if you don't do anything, it doesn't change anything.

You can have deep conversations.

You can look back, cry, laugh, remember what made them big.

You can identify the mistakes, the breaks, the lost opportunities.

But if in the end all that doesn't become a plan with responsible, dates and decisions... So you're just doing business catharsis.

And the catarsis without action goes unspent.
