There's something very dangerous going on in some companies.
Little by little we begin to normalize what does not work, bad results that no longer surprise, strategies that are clearly not working, people in positions for which they are not yet prepared and without realizing, the organization goes into something very delicate.
A slow spiral of deterioration.
The curious thing is that many times the environment does not seem alarming, on the contrary, meetings follow, reports circulate, presentations are made, everything seems normal, almost as if love is in the air.
But under that normal something very different is going on, business is weakening, like a patient starting to bleed out while everyone in the room is still talking calmly.
That day I understood something I've seen many times.
Companies rarely collapse from day to day.
First they start normalizing what doesn't work and when no one dares to say it out loud... the spiral has already started.
