Absolute Batman & the corporate world

Absolute Batman

The new series of Absolute Batman It's a jewel.

In this alternative universe, Bruce Wayne is not an heir millionaire.
He is a common man, a worker who works on the margins of Gotham.
But he still decides to become Batman.
Not for revenge.... but out of need.
Because the world still needs someone to do the right thing.
Because The myth is still alive, even if the origin changes.

And that's what I like most about comics: They're not afraid to reinvent.
They don't hold on to the original version.
They explore parallel futures, alternative worlds, realities that may not have been... but they could be.
And they do it without losing their essence.

And then I think:
Why is it so hard in the corporate world to do the same?
Why does creativity have to ask for permission?
Why do we have to justify every change with a PowerPoint or an Excel?
Why are we afraid of "versioning"?

I see it like this:
It's not about changing.
It's about having versions of ourselves.
To have the courage to create another version of you, your team, your business... test it... and if it works better than the original, have the courage to leave it as the main story. Like Absolute Batman: the suit can change, the origin can change... but the purpose is still the same.
